Meeting a lot of the executive team and having them talk through their experience.

They truly listen, there's no ego, they are driven and most importantly, they are united.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always there to pitch in and help out, regardless of if it's their job or not!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is just SO nice, so helpful and some of the most fun people I've ever had the chance to work with.

How open they are with the team. Nothing is "off limits" and they take great care to be open and honest with the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stampli pays a huge portion of my family plan coverage, which is AMAZING. That, in addition to being paid fairly, makes a great compensation package!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite part of my compensation package is that I was based on my value prop, my experience and my passion. Not "what the market pays".
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers, the work that I get to tackle everyday is exciting and new everyday, my leaders are very involved and I have a great support system.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency. I can ask anyone anything, it's so open. Nothing feels off limits-- if there's something you're curious about, there's someone there to help. I also love that there's a huge emphasis in each of us being our authentic self. There are no work robots here-- except Billy, of course ;)
