It has been an amazing journey so far to see the company grow so quickly and still able to keep the beautiful culture internally. Also many people got promoted and got to step up as managers which is very much appreciated.

Overall it has been an amazing journey for me - both on personal development and also the company growth. Not only I got promoted but also my co workers which is amazing to see that the company is promoting from within. Lastly it's amazing that the customers satisfaction is high even as we scale!

My compensation plan is achievable and represents well the effort we are putting in. I like the fact I can do more than 100% and still get compensated

My team is very devoted and truly cares about the success of the customers and the success of the team as a whole. They are taking initiatives and shaping the department.

My team is working with me for many years already. I can trust them and their decisions. We are aligned with our goals and collaborate on any challenge that comes to our way.

I love the way the team is always up for a challenge. Everytime we implement a new product or feature the majority of the team will volunteer to be the first to implement the product with the customer

Even though there is a good work/life balance most of the time, in times we have more work or need to step up the whole team will volunteer to help each other. There is a beautiful collaboration and clear common goals for different teams in the department.
What makes you most happy at work?
In office days I'm excited about the face to face interactions, the small talks and even the funny jokes that we can hear here and then at an open space. In WFH days and in general, I'm excited mostly about the new things we learn, personal development and the customers happy stories!
