Not taking away benefits that mean something to our people. Having things like scholarship funds is good for our future.
I feel undervalued because I have the responsibilities four people. Management keeps adding responsibilities, will not hire help and state "Keep up the good work but we cannot compensate you what you are worth. It's beyond our control."

Coworkers need to tone down on arrogance and extreme competitiveness. The arrogance and competitiveness interferes with effective collaboration and learning experiences. Most interactions turn into blame games and defensiveness because of someone's need to prove their the most intelligent being.

Micromanagement and over-structure. Lessen the number of meetings and use assets more for support that reporting/managing.
No Communication within any department, supervisors don’t know their roles , warehouse head as no inclination on how to communicate/ or lead .
