Poor. I am working a building that is large enough to require 2-3 full time employees, but I have received no such offer from senior management.
Should pay employees better wages.
triple and quadruple work loads, overtime, poor annual review system, employees are set up for failure, no raises despite record sales. I enjoy my job, but there is no reward for extending and expanding your skillset, or for going above and beyond your job description. Very poor morale.
