Delegating priorities. Yearly wage increase are not motivating as they are usually only $0.20 while management and leadership receive multiple bonuses monthly, and acquire large raises.

Higher wage and less stress

Better and equal pay among similar positions, advanced benefits, acknowledgement of duties above and beyond job description, too much focus on negatives. No chance to advance or pay raise despite adding skills and responsibilities.

I brought over 25 years of experience with me to the company and it would be nice if I were treated like that instead of being talked down to like somebody who doesn't know anything by people who have never actually done my job.

The most positive about the culture is the drive to make progress. Staff does what is put in front of them and offer to assist when needed.

Not much. Little reward for high production.

NO communication and angry customers make for a long day

I need an additional employee, a raise that is on par with market values, and better company benefits.

The length of time one can stay in a program or title is not encouraging. If technicians were rewarded and recognized by their achievements, the morale would be positive. Wages can be improved. When you compare the wages throughout the company, you notice in in-balance between technicians.
