Some issues with ego coming before producing proficiently. Eventually, all has worked out. Still a drag to experience.

Communication. Creating an atmosphere free of bullying. Treating all employees the same in every situation.

Delegating priorities. Yearly wage increase are not motivating as they are usually only $0.20 while management and leadership receive multiple bonuses monthly, and acquire large raises.
