Not having special relationships with eachother. It got to be a full time job keeping track of who might be special with eachother
Communication. Creating an atmosphere free of bullying. Treating all employees the same in every situation.

Delegating priorities. Yearly wage increase are not motivating as they are usually only $0.20 while management and leadership receive multiple bonuses monthly, and acquire large raises.
