I am consistently impressed by how much everyone contributes to the company Since we are a small company, you get to see everyone's personal stamp/brand attached to everything they do here.

Sales and Marketing have had a lot of turnover causing the company to not grow and stagnate a little bit. I am hoping the new sales team will bring new life into the company.

I was interviewed by multiple people in different positions of the company, so I got a birds-eye view of how the company worked. It was difficult because I had to field such a variety of questions but I think the process definitely vets out people who are unprepared or not dedicated.

The leadership team is full of extremely intelligent and experienced people. They are driven, love our business, and want whats best for the company and its employees equally. They give free reign to bring their creativity to the table and are willing to listen to new ideas as long as you justify.

Everyone actually gets involved in all of the fun work events! I have worked at places where nobody participates or seems to want to have any fun. Here, everyone joins in on the fun and gets to know each other. You can also stop by just about anyone's door to say hello and have a nice chat. :)
