Technology side - You can succeed if you just do your job. Sales/marketing side - This place is a revolving door with an extremely low retention rate of sales/marketing people. Even the management sales position is a revolving door. Good luck if you are applying here and you are in a sales career. I guess the way you succeed in this role is if you sell a lot of stuff.

UniFocus has amazing benefits. The insurance plan is what you would find at a large multinational company. There are flexible work from home days. There are cookouts in the summer, a workout room, and a ping pong table.

Be on time to meetings. Don't be afraid to ask questions. It's always better to be someone who wants to know/learn more than someone who says they understand and it turns out later they don't. Ask your boss out to lunch. At lunch, ask them how you can help them succeed as you learn and grow.
