Everyone actually gets involved in all of the fun work events! I have worked at places where nobody participates or seems to want to have any fun. Here, everyone joins in on the fun and gets to know each other. You can also stop by just about anyone's door to say hello and have a nice chat. :)

We are able to come to the table share ideas openly and honestly. We are pushed to excel by management and co workers alike. We work hard and we play hard, having frequent BBQ's during the year and half Fridays during the summer.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to develop an informational infrastrucute to support workers, particularly new hires.
The company promises a bonus but does not deliver.
We need to be better planners.
