We get stuff done when we need it to be done, we enjoy ourselves in the process. It's not always easy to have multiple people all working together in a team and have every one get along and not have any heavily conflicting personalities in the group, though we seem to have a good dynamic in ours.

departments tend to get into their own silos. People are always busy, and there seems to be more scrambling than should be necessary.

While we work well, at time the meetings are more discussions than lined out actions. It would be beneficial that parties in the meetings look to have stronger timelines and goals.
