I got to meet most of the team right off the bat. It was a good experience.

I felt like I was having a conversation not facing a firing squad. Very pleasant and encouraging.

I was interviewed by multiple people in different positions of the company, so I got a birds-eye view of how the company worked. It was difficult because I had to field such a variety of questions but I think the process definitely vets out people who are unprepared or not dedicated.

Put the effort in to have team members interview me.

I met with various team members from different departments. My interviewers asked great questions and took the time to answer my questions.

That in the end I was hired. It was also good to see that even though the process was fairly intense, that the company was doing their due diligence (at least as much as possible) to insure that they only hire the best candidates available for the position who really want to work here.

They were trying to convince me as much as I was trying to convince them.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be honest to the people youre interviewing, better, dont interview people youre going to kick to the curb a month later.
