Vivint – Customer service is horrible. The customer representative didn't do what he promised to do, refused to let me talk to a supervisor, and couldn't solve my problem. He also refused to cancel my service! Next step is to escalate to the BBB, FTC and if I can find something more punitive, I'll do that.
