Vivint Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Absolutely awesome in every way

Its ok but i am not leader ship team only work

approachable and supportive at any time

My leadership is oriented towards supporting me and not just my metrics. I feel like a person and not just an employee.

I am getting support I wanted and that's all I need.

Very approachable and knowledgable. Put effort into knowing their employees.

How open and honest they are

They're willing to help no matter what

Leadership is very helpful, it doesent feel like you're bneing thrown to the wolves

Our leadership team values and recognizes individual contributions.

They pay their employees fairly

Always making sure we have work life balance.

Awesome management team that works to address concerns quickly.

They invest their own time and money to help you become really good at the job.

Very supportive and encouraging every day.

They don't care about the employees only what they can do about the bottom line. The company has gone downhill over the past 5 years.

They overwhelm with enthusiasm and knowledge

Review from Sales Dept

they want you to suceed and help you everyway they can truly. we really do win together

They are understanding, but will keep you focused.

Leadership can only be trusted as far as you can spit. People are generally ready and willing to use you and your information against you or for their own gain.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being qualified . And not justified just because people say its okay to be unqualified.

Communication! They need to be on the same page when answering questions and completing paperwork!!!

They threaten my job though I deal with multiple health issues that can get in the way from time to time

Caring for employees not just a number

The leadership for my team is outstanding. By far the best leadership I have ever worked with.

Compensation is low for industry. Perks have seemed to evaporate recently.

Leadership made the decision to remove some benefits to prepare for an economic downturn caused from the Covid 19 Pandemic. Removing benefits is an indication that the leadership team isn't connected with employees and not invested in their future as it could reduce overall compensation by 4-15%.

Review from Engineering Dept

Requests are often poorly planned and overly complex, but have tight deadlines. The leadership needs to invest more time and effort into properly planning, building, and maintaining high quality systems.

they are great, very open and transparent

Review from IT Dept

Communication. It seems they are all just so worried about showing spreadsheets of data we create, but nobody understands what's actually going on above or below them. There is a huge desync between them, the employees, and the customers.

Scheduling, employee benefits and discounts, pay rate.

Review from Customer Support Dept

In customer Solutions, management needs to switch to a Palacios proactive leadership style and actually start listening and acting in employee concerns. I used to love working here. New management doesn't care about their employees- stop looking at us as resources. We're people.

Having a bit more leniency in certain situations.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Showing appreciation to their employees

Review from HR Dept

Better interaction with employees. Not viewing themselves as better than the people that make the business.

Review from HR Dept

stop running a large company like it's a small company

Review from Customer Support Dept

the leadership team needs to get better at everything. the company is very poorly run

Review from Operations Dept

listen to all employers and improve work conditions

Review from Customer Support Dept

Organization and communication. Feels like the house is always on fire and there's no downtime to train, improve and appreciate employees.

Review from HR Dept

I think if they conference stated the leadership a little bit better and instead of having so many different leadership to do and little things compensate the good ones better give them a little bit more to do then we have a shorter chain of command to get to the result of an issue
