What did you like most about the interview process?
I am nerves but its confiedent
That it ended in me getting a job.
All the interviews were interested in making sure vivint is the right place for me, not just the other way around. Very humane approach.
You meet multiple people and they prepare you for training

Management hires based off personality more so than work experience. I like this idea because anyone can be trained to do a job but you can’t train someone to have a good personalit

Manager was very friendly to me
talking directly to my field service manager before i was given the position. made me feel like i was talking to who i was going to actually be working with
they accommodated my time frame and even did the interview over facetime
Opportunity to express how you felt about your work, your passions, and why you wanted to be here. Managers were really nice, they listened, and they recognized that they needed my help.

They flew me in for the interview and allowed me to stay the weekend with family. Very accommodating during the interview process.
The interview process was extensive and thorough. They made sure I knew what I was getting into and that I would be a good fit.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
In a position to hire. I was told if he/she breathes and has a heart beat just hire them
Recruiting was basically not involved as an interface for information during the process. It's as though you didn't exist. Hiring manager didn't communicate any interest as well.

Clarification on the necessary hiring process and background check, maybe not ensuring someone has a job until the background check has been completed
