The same thing I have been saying, there is plenty of patience and support. Very positive environment.

Lots of fluff. Its alot of corny, pump the fist, team spirit nonsense going on, instead of fixing real issues that would help overall operation. Customers and employees respond to authenticity, not hype and gas lighting

Management is very involved and eager to help.

Nothing, the culture is put in power points, but they consistently overlook when the bright lines are ignored by their sales representatives and then the technicians end up getting dinged when it goes sideways. The cure is not observed by most in the company and are empty words half the time.

Open communication. We're not perfect, but we're working on it and getting better. People are willing and comfortable speaking up when there's a problem and management jumps in to resolve issues.

Ensure a culture of respect, equaility and metrics that evaluate actual preformance rather than eguiptment failures and finanacing issues. Better sceduling to allow increased productivity and better customer experience.
