As an intern, I'm not eligible for benefits and my pay is substantially less than those I work with.

I wouldn't say I specifically feel undervalued. There is definitely favoritism among locations at the company. Our call center location definitely feels neglected at times.

I feel undervalued - the company is very top heavy. Perks and pay are all given to those at the top and nothing makes it down to the employees who are doing equally as important work. Compensation is no where near market pay and raises/bonuses are non existent.

I have never been told thank you for the work I have done. The parties we do are lame and very cheap. However the executives are constantly going on retreats spending outrageous amounts of money. When we can never even get tickets to the Jazz game.
