Overall positive. All benefits that are company-wide are great. My specific department is awesome. My only negative remark is they invest a lot into the short term for most of their employees and not much for the long term, resulting in lower quality employees in some cases and faster turn around.

Awesome listening skills and is hyper-dedicated to development.

There was a great deal of transparency in regards to the next steps.

We are all laid back, but efficient workers. We know how to communicate professionally and effectively while still having fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. My team is great. My leader is genuinely invested in us. I have no reservations calling them my friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Vivint loves sports and events so it's very much driven by activity whether it's in the realm of sports or something else like gaming.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say I specifically feel undervalued. There is definitely favoritism among locations at the company. Our call center location definitely feels neglected at times.
