There are genuine and friendly group of people that care about each other and what they do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid accordingly for the work that we do we ensure that people are safe in their homes and we are told every day that we save lives I think we should make more money for saving lives
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers if you have a question you can always ask one of your coworkers around you that have been there longer and they are willing to help out and do whatever they can to help you resolve the issue
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think if they conference stated the leadership a little bit better and instead of having so many different leadership to do and little things compensate the good ones better give them a little bit more to do then we have a shorter chain of command to get to the result of an issue
