While I know strictly from a monetary perspective we're paid less than similar positions at other companies, we also have a lot more perks that aren't always available elsewhere.

When I'm able to see the impact of my work. This doesn't happen on all of my projects and things can move so fast that there's not always time to enjoy the wins, but when I'm able to make a customer's day easier or create a piece of content that helps others, it encourages me to keep going.
