The CEO is extremely difficult to work with! The pay is terrible and they make very bad financial decisions.

All employees are paid far less than what is typical for their position. Vacation time is limited and you have to use it for sick days as well. No dental coverage. Most people have to use their own computers!

The CEO has a history of running companies into the ground, yet he comes out of it with excessive personal property. He would have to change so much to actually make a long-term successful co. He has managed to get some good employees, but will not listen to them & eventually scares all of them away

They are fairly flexible with working from home. Very helpful!
They are severely laking in true innovation. They have some patents, but none of their "original" ideas have proven valuable or successful.
There is no design department. They did have a Creative Director who did everything - but they laid her off.
