Mission Statement

iMovR has been on a mission to attack the nation’s epidemic health crisis at its root, enabling desk workers to spend less time sitting, and more time standing or walking, WHILE getting their work done. Today, we offer a wider array of standing desks, sit-stand converters, sit-stand meeting tables, and treadmill desks—and the critical ergonomic accessories to ensure maximum employee health and productivity—than any other company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

iMovR has somehow managed to get some really great people to work there. However most of them just left because of the poor working conditions.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The CEO is extremely difficult to work with! The pay is terrible and they make very bad financial decisions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

All employees are paid far less than what is typical for their position. Vacation time is limited and you have to use it for sick days as well. No dental coverage. Most people have to use their own computers!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The CEO has a history of running companies into the ground, yet he comes out of it with excessive personal property. He would have to change so much to actually make a long-term successful co. He has managed to get some good employees, but will not listen to them & eventually scares all of them away
