Overall, executive team is strong right now. Employees care about company. A lack of career advancement opportunity is a negative. HR team is a big complaint. The current HR leaders continue to cut benefits and don't communicate when changes are made or do it poorly. Pay increases are small.

I feel undervalued due to no career path (despite multiple efforts over the last couple years to receive one) and small to none annual merit increases for employees. What would make me feel better? Higher compensation and a clear career path.
