1) Outstanding bugs and issues are taking way too long to resolve. 2) No confidence in current products. - Simtrac, Connect, and eForms are left to linger and break down instead of maintaining and updating.

Remove ineffective managers with limited managerial skills Stop hiring managers that have no managerial skills. Progression Yes, but train and support people you are hiring and they need the necessary skills Have a plan for the business, depts and customer exp and communicate it with everyone
