Because Infocision promotes from within, leadership consists of people who began at the most entry-level positions, but have managed to consistently stick with the company for years and years. I commend those employees who have shown up day-after-day, for decades. I appreciate their work ethic.

The leadership team is always willing to answer questions and give you constructive criticism, and for the most part they're very friendly which definitely counts

I worked really hard and brought that company in a lot of money! (Donations). I would feel better if I was compensated back the money that was stolen from me for the hours I worked! And if the company doesn't willingly make it right Monday morning I will be filling a lawsuit! The entire company!

The most positive part of the culture/environment at this company is that many employees here might otherwise struggle to find other employment. It provides a job for people who have no education past high school. Many employees stay with this company feel a sense of purpose and are happy to share.

¿Qué te hace más feliz en el trabajo?
There really is no "at work" with Infocision. While Infocision was previously an in-person call center, their buildings have all been sold. It is now a virtual company. All employees are now 100% working from home. We all have to supply our own equipment. I have never met any employee in person.
