What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always willing to answer questions and give you constructive criticism, and for the most part they're very friendly which definitely counts
they really know how to take charge on getting a task done

I'm part-time and earn paid time off. I can do a work switch to keep appointments and make up work time at a later date within the same pay period.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is very low and my loyalty is not factored in.
I worked really hard and brought that company in a lot of money! (Donations). I would feel better if I was compensated back the money that was stolen from me for the hours I worked! And if the company doesn't willingly make it right Monday morning I will be filling a lawsuit! The entire company!
