  • Depends on the contract. Decent on some contracts, terrible on others. Generally very manageable in most support or central departments. IT, Business Development, and Human Resources have more demanding work schedules.

    Negotiate it up front because the only way to add vacation once you're onboard is earning it. You dont get additional days until year 5.

    Promotions are done on a 6 month cycle. Promotions off-cycle are rare. Promotions on a program contract are tougher due to price/rate considerations. Promotions are based on perceptions not results in corporate roles. Promotions are often used to minimize flight risks.
