Transparent, innovative, not bureaucratic, informal, full of industry expertise and integrity
New leadership is very transparent and sincere and honest. Regular folk, as much as anyone is these days. They’ve navigated crazy times — a pandemic, an unpredictable market, a mess of an economy, inflation, supply chain issues, a challenging labor market, and more. Impressive results given it

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promoting , training. Pay your employees for what they do and pay them well CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE NOT COMPENSATED WELL FOR ALL OUR HARD WORK
More experience in supervising employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor leadership. Supervisors with no previous experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team we really dont gather much i would like to change that
Smart, funny, and engaged. Great team!
Hilarious. My team puts a smile on my face every day. Can’t put a price on that. Always there for me, and I try to do the same for the
Bonding for a common cause.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Clear. Upbeat. Honest. Direct. Respectful.
It went incredibly fast, but was also thorough. Once I joined, the people were just as I expected from the interview.
