How's the work life balance at Franklin Energy?
Depends on the contract. Decent on some contracts, terrible on others. Generally very manageable in most support or central departments. IT, Business Development, and Human Resources have more demanding work schedules.

Promotions are done on a 6 month cycle. Promotions off-cycle are rare. Promotions on a program contract are tougher due to price/rate considerations. Promotions are based on perceptions not results in corporate roles. Promotions are often used to minimize flight risks.
