We mail our payments certified mail it will how it ha been delivered to their PO Box but they don't post it in time and we get charged a late fee. I cannot wait until i am able to get out of this contract. unfortunately early cancellation is 5x last bill
They have ZERO Customer Service

Pick a direction. Stick with it. Staff projects reasonably. Set high but realistic goals instead of unattainable dreams.

If every project in the company is the most important project in the company, it's impossible to set priorities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Direct Energy?
Not comparable to other companies in the Industry. Absolutely zero job security. Executive leadership constantly changing direction.
