The store i work at is amazing. I love going to work where i do, however there is a massive disconnect from the owner of the franchise. They judge the employee performance on sales, when we share a town with another location in the same franchise. They wont come see how well we work either. Sad.

Not much. Store manager's are awesome. Leadership in the franchise is disappointing at the very best.
