They gotta keep their word on how i would get paid mire eveey 8 months but nothing has changed
starters our HR Manager can stop saying shes gonna change the culture of the people being hired when she means she is going to hire less black people and more white people
Accountability moslty. Some who are the gm favorites dont have to pull their weight. Which affects the whole team. Makes the whole team concept seem like bull.
Different store management the current manager is rude disrespectful always looking for something to complain about comes in with a bad attitude just brings everyone down and has caused 4 different good employees to quit or resign because they can't stand being around her anymore.

Owner would always talk down on her employees when theyre doing something she doesnt want them to do what theyre doing only what she WANTS you could be doing anything right but she still thinks your wrong somehow
