The store manager and his positevety
After explaining the interview procedure and what to expect, the interviewer helped me relax and feel at ease.
It was respectable and had a promsie to move up but now i dont see that anymore
That was many years ago and nothing is the same. but it is obvious that floor supervisor qualifications are a short bar.

The will hire anyone who is breathing
The owner knew my work ethic and recruited me without interviewing. Managers threw application away and made hiring process by trashing documents to prevent my hiring by owner secretly. The same managers have lied to the owner constantly since.

Asking more real questions not weird ones
He was prejudice against hiring woman, and would more likely hire Christian

To get younger store managers
It has improved since ive been hired.
They are so desperate for people they hire anyone. They have no idea how to read people. They don't ask them reltable questions to even see if they are qualified for the job
they hire anything with a pair of legs
She only asked basic questions and repetitive questions she didnt want to know about my knowledge and experience on other jobs that I had ahe would cut me off
