What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are helpful and willing to work with scheduling, And keeping the store running like it should.

In my experience, it is extremely uncommon in today's business environment to find a member of Ace Management or the corporate leadership team who is not dedicated to the company's vision and mission.

Manager is dedicated and hardworking, but gets little help from corporate from what I see.

They try their best to hire as much people as they can to reduce the over work time All the employees have to do. They are quite empathetic.

Not much. Store manager's are awesome. Leadership in the franchise is disappointing at the very best.

The amount of people on the team - we have a lot. And when i know i cant confide in some i can confide in the others

They help us grow within the company. They recognize us as humans with a life and family

They are hands off and let you perform tasks and work load without interruption unless something seems to be going wrong

Managers are always right there working beside you instead of delegating from the back office.

They are truly a team working for the betterment of the store.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to be trained in people management. How to treat employees with dignity and respect

Supporting, listening and communicating to hourly employees. Strong sense you are replaceable, therefore high turnover.

Treating people with dignity and respect. Being honest with the owner. Trying to keep clients instead of running them off. Not making false accusations without proof to back it up. Stop making up policies that dispute written policies.

They need to get better at leadership

Accountability. Its sad when one manager can bring the whole company down.

This store is very unorganized its always where the owner wants inverntory to be at and doesnt take her team members ideas and constructive criticism she never does anything and is always sitting down

Getting a store manager would be a good start. Or shut the store down.

They need to start trying to Encourage their employees rather than criticize them.

There's no way to keep this constructive. I have no way to express how horrible this was.
