Everyone believes in our overall goal of being the best hardware store on the planet, and that shows up in everything we do each day!
The quality of the majorty of my fellow team members are great and enjoyable thats why i decided to come work again for the 2nd time at this location and since my time of coming back here to work again its been a very unhealtht work environment and not a lot of our employees enjoy how things are ran
They are great ti work with, fast, and very friendly.

By having better leadership. Too many fakes supervisors who have the same title as you, unfair treatment makes for tension in workplace. Allowing abuse by other coworkers.

actually do work instead of standing around talking to the cashiers! treat everyone with the same respect and fairness. Help on freight day until everything is put away and done.
