I am on a Merit plan. They pay me pretty well. At the time, i live pretty easily. The cap out for my TPL position is more than fair. Hopefully ill move up soon and make more. It is challenging ar tumes but that what makes me stronger. I never have to worry about money!

The amount of work I was expected to do for minimum wage is insane. We were also forced to chase down shoplifters. Ive had knives pulled on me and got in trouble for not confronting or getting back stolwn merchandise.

I make $435 a paycheck working full time. That isn’t enough to afford rent anywhere in this country let alone food and electricit

Considering the type of work we do we should get some sort of health coverage. Considering I know for a fact several of my employees including .tself have developed back, neck and shoulder problems while working at Ace.

Being with company for over 5 years should at least getting paid 15 an hour and you should have benefits for students a loan.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Different store management the current manager is rude disrespectful always looking for something to complain about comes in with a bad attitude just brings everyone down and has caused 4 different good employees to quit or resign because they can't stand being around her anymore.

When my team (Receiving) makes lots of pallets and unloads lots of trucks to make nice checks in part of the extremely generous, uncapped incentive program. Lets just say we have 19 year old receiers bringing home (after taxes) over $1,500 a week! I never even came close at that age, lol! Mus b nice

There is an unfairness throughout the store. A manager should not get away with doing less than minimal work.
