What i like best about it is the fact i am part of it. We all work well together. Communication is key to a great team!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a lot of fun, eventhough things can be a little hectic during the spring load season, we still work together to make it a great place to work!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we all have different qualities about ourselves, i would rate my team as one of the best ived worked with. Hard working and effective at getting the job done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am on a Merit plan. They pay me pretty well. At the time, i live pretty easily. The cap out for my TPL position is more than fair. Hopefully ill move up soon and make more. It is challenging ar tumes but that what makes me stronger. I never have to worry about money!
What makes you most happy at work?
When my team (Receiving) makes lots of pallets and unloads lots of trucks to make nice checks in part of the extremely generous, uncapped incentive program. Lets just say we have 19 year old receiers bringing home (after taxes) over $1,500 a week! I never even came close at that age, lol! Mus b nice
