Respecting employees and valuing what we do for the company
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Normal interviews, however previous employees were insulted in the interview, which made me feel threatened
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value the employees. Pay us more. Do not expect to exlpoit us without us pushing back
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employee exploitation. Ive never seen employee satisfaction this low. Pay us what we deserve and give us benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team was amazing, we all did our best to support each other. The company owner and store manager however are the most insufferable and incapable people I have ever worked with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work I was expected to do for minimum wage is insane. We were also forced to chase down shoplifters. Ive had knives pulled on me and got in trouble for not confronting or getting back stolwn merchandise.
