Absolutely.

Scheduling is chaotic and not acing defined roles by office staff is confusing. More and more people are in need of care but less people are willing to do it for the same pay as a fast food employee.

Easy, fast, unprofessional and snubbish.

I am not aware of the intern program

The whole office gets involved. It seems dispite their title, any and everyone in the office is abreast of your business. Also the Oncall staff is slow to report personal issues that might effect your upcoming schedule, especially on weekends.

Do more to make sure clients needs are met while treating caregivers like humans with lives

Hardworking and overworked

Work first and foremost. Family is a problem for schedule.

Nothing for a good job. Criticism for missing a call or needing time off.

Insurance, if you can get the office to get you on it.

Angry and frustrated

That availability means nothing and that you can count on being not heard and not respected in terms of the policies and procedures of the union as well as right to have a life.

I am working 45-50 hours a week. The clients are angry about schedule changes and the caregivers are too.

Unqualified, overwhelmed and not understanding of the clients needs when scheduling times. Also they are disregarding union policies and are behind on everything from insurance paperwork for new hires to badges for new hires.

There is none. I have spoken to every member of the office staff because there is no real designation of authority or roles.
