
My overall experience has been in low level roles as a foot in the door as industries went on hiring freezes during COVID. It feels like a means to an end and can get frustrating at times. But I like working at Amazon and see a potential for a future here.

Getting to work on projects that fit my background and expertise, however I'm not in a role that pays me enough for that expertise. So, it feels like a double-edged sword at times.

(in reference to consumer leadership starting with Daniel Bigbee and down) They come across as real people. They seem down to earth and like they care about us as employees. I wish we had more visibility into their vision and strategy for the org.
