Overall, Apttus is slowly changing from a fast-paced exciting place to work, to a slow moving revenue engine for the new owners. Competitors are catching up with the technology and Apttus isn't innovating at the rate it needs to to continue being the industry leader

Toxic, Unhealthy, and if you’re a woman - prepare yourself to be treated like a second class citizen. Do these men not have mothers or sisters?

How do you feel about Apttus's future?
They will go out of business
So sad where the company is headed. They are paying their COO 25M for tearing things apart. This man is the closest thing to evil we have met. No sense of morals and “putting customers first”, which has lead to countless Lost deals. Meanwhile my quota rises.

What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at Apttus? How many hours are you working?
Any job in Sales can be intense. It's no different here at Apttus. Quarter ends and FY ends are crazy. I'd be more concerned if it was Not busy during peak months etc...

Non existent. They want you in the office so they can monitor your activity. There is zero trust.

They use you and keep from paying you as long as possible. Avoid at all costs.

Heavily depends on your relationship with your manager. We have unlimited PTO but many often cannot get approval while some easily take an absurd amount

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Apttus?
More integrity when it comes to the gap between the marketing/sales hype and the actual state of our technology. I suppose the rationale is: enterprise software will inevitably be heavily customized to meet the needs of truly large enterprises - so sell the customer what they want and we'll figure out how to have some combination of PS / engineering build it and then productize it later. Not sure how sustainable this is in the long run.
