This is a good company to work for. Management is very supportive of employees and very generous. I don't always agree with some managers and their management style but the benefits definitely outweigh the drawbacks.

I've always enjoyed working at Archer. I like the progressive attitude that management fosters in the employees to make everyone feel welcome and secure

Overall Archer has been a positive experience and I plan to continue working here for the foreseeable future. I'm impressed with the way the company is managed overall. However having not gotten a raise in 5 years makes me question how much the company values me.
