Overall the experience has been positive. Archer has all the good and bad aspects of a small, growing company. Aside from standard growing pains, issues that stand out include talent retention/compensation and legacy cultural issues.

True of everyone on my team: good and kind people, high-performing, responsible, generous.

Benefits and culture are A+, but base compensation is below comparable options in the market
Revisión
I feel undervalued because my compensation isn't commensurate with my responsibilities, performance, or experience. I would feel better about my compensation if Archer increased my salary and rewarded me when I deliver on fundamental business goals such as lowering costs and increasing production.
Revisión
The compensation is not great, some parts of the business are still run like personal fiefdoms, and not all of our business lines are consistent with a mission that values students and education. I think we're trending in the right direction, but tough personnel and identity decisions remain ahead.
