This company has no internal culture. If you don't already have friends you will never get them. Anyone outside my team is incredibly hostile towards communication, despite them not documenting things, or putting out intentionally misleading documentation.

Don't tell me directly that you don't care if I live or die when I am asking for a reasonable accommodation that does not cost the company money or affect my performance. Pay me a competitive salary. Have some form of career progression.

Pay me a competitive salary. Give me health benefits that actually work. Health insurance costs me 4x of what it did at me previous job for only 25% of the coverage, for the most expensive option. Prior authorization policies keep my family from getting essential medication.
