More accountability for managers, care more about patients than numbers, and have a safe place for employees to go to when having a problem without retaliation.

Needs to have a better attitude and needs training in how to deal witb emoloyees. Needs to learn not to talk bad about an employee to other employees. That is highly unprofessional. Needs to not play favorites.
