Employee engagement and transparency. Need to focus on getting more business rather cost cutting on small small things i.e shift allowances. Leadership need more Realistic panel personals who can understand 360 degree view on actual vision which benefited for organization.

I started with ACS then Xerox and not ATOS acquired us. It has been a continue free fall. Most folks have not seen any increases in salaries in years. They continue to place associates on furloughs and voluntary non-paid PTO to save.

Over 13 years in IT as a System's Administrator. Can't seem to even get a pay rate that matches the living wage requirement for the area. The company will undervalue staffing in respects to trying to "increase" the appearance of profitability. Absolutely a disgusting company to work for.

ATOS management is organizationally confused & disrespectful to employees. They are filling USA government county, city, state, federal contract jobs with illegal undocumented unqualified foreign nationals. Please note, over 100+ million people in the USA are unemployed & living homeless in poverty.
