Employee engagement and transparency. Need to focus on getting more business rather cost cutting on small small things i.e shift allowances. Leadership need more Realistic panel personals who can understand 360 degree view on actual vision which benefited for organization.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We have 6 monthly reviews to rate our performance and compensation is revised based on our performance.

Benefits are lacking compared to competitors. Again the approach to benefits is very European as in "what does the law make you provide" which is not a NA approach. NA Companies know to set themselves apart with their benefit packages not purposely try to do the least.

The customer pays for 1 FTE but the job requires at least 3. For not enough money, I am expected to do the work of 3. 70-hour work weeks were not unusual.

while taking more responsbilities, increase is not matching, even worse while to an equivalent role position seeing new joinees being proposed with higher salary rate

Paying people more would result in lower turnover, which would end up saving you millions!

It surely depends on locations and in India there is a lack of comradeship because of the heavy load of work and lack of life balance at Atos India. As opposed to better understanding in other locations like UK

People want to collaborate, seems everyone wants to see more success in NA so effort is over the top.

Needs more structure and schedules need to be met in meeting candidates.

To stop committing fraud by using criminal broker temporary staffing agencies job to steal more that half the persons hourly rate that is doing the job. This is basically theft through coercion. Real temp jobs are seasonal our to move out a heavy work load. Real temp jobs should be 3-6 months tops.

Managers and CEO are not competetiv to find new customers

I think they need a clear agile structure and really be concerned with what they are delivering.

Leadership team are not visionaries.

Work culture, recognition, reducing the workload which cannot be managed within working hours and increase in salary to match the effort.
