We have 6 monthly reviews to rate our performance and compensation is revised based on our performance.
Benefits are lacking compared to competitors. Again the approach to benefits is very European as in "what does the law make you provide" which is not a NA approach. NA Companies know to set themselves apart with their benefit packages not purposely try to do the least.

It surely depends on locations and in India there is a lack of comradeship because of the heavy load of work and lack of life balance at Atos India. As opposed to better understanding in other locations like UK

To stop committing fraud by using criminal broker temporary staffing agencies job to steal more that half the persons hourly rate that is doing the job. This is basically theft through coercion. Real temp jobs are seasonal our to move out a heavy work load. Real temp jobs should be 3-6 months tops.

I think they need a clear agile structure and really be concerned with what they are delivering.
