The company has setup a rewards structure that incentivizes mediocrity. High performing employees are told to leave if they expect to be paid a competitive wage.

Need management that understand that you support the customer. The customer shouldn't dictate your manning, approve your leaves, etc. However no one wants to step and actually be a manager. It is quite a dynamic that is toxic and a set up for failure as currently is.

Customer needs to be forced into following its own rules and stop cutting corners. BAE Senior management need to stop turning a blind eye to dangerous customer working practices and support their employees.

The management continues to take any and all perks away from the work force. As much money as BAE makes year after year the definitely could afford to compensate us better.

Scheduling, supervision, logistics, and modernization. They all need a change for the better. You never know what will change on a daily basis and the movement of products is a joke!!
