There is a worklife balance culture which I appreciate a lot since I can easily become a workaholic. My immediate supervisor is always preaching that work comes secondary to personal life.
The relaxed atmosphere and no pressure to rush or force results. The overall environment is comfortable and open, with workers and leadership being able to openly discuss inadequate resources and timing issues.
Getting to interact with ppl across multiple fields, the diversity is amazing!

Communication across the board. No one tells people when things change etc
Reduce workforce by 30%, implement performance management, have a bullying/grievences policy.
The engineering department needs to unionize
Needs more diversity, all leadership from the company and customer side are 95% white female. And there is one alpha female that everyone fears.
Get rid of the jerks and address the behavior of incompetent leadership
More work, hire people who actually know what they are doing
Get rid of the senior leadership and management that have a draconian view of a workplace. Managers that feel it's ok to force employees into social interaction that is beyond the scope of work or duty should stop especially when the employee says they feel uncomfortable with the insistance.
