Guidance!! The lack of expertise on the part of management leads to disorganization and chaotic approaches to what should be straightforward and simple programs and tasks. Most mean very well and do their best, but wothout effective leadership the workforce can be very ineffective.

Learn how to actually code and program rather than looking up code snippets on stackoverflow. Learn how to actually engage and discuss current best practices with respect to coding and development and not about the next corporate turkey dinner or intranet metrics ( which are meaningless to track )

I work within a customer environment. BAE coworkers are professional and dedicated, customer workers are lazy and don't make an effort to do the bare minimum. We are 40% of the workforce and do 95% of the work (stats to prove it)

Improvements are needed from team leader and above. They want a push and not the right way, even though they say to do it the right way. If you do they throw it on your face because you take too long and your productivity is lower than others.
