I love BAL! From the start my recuiter was amaizng, my direct leadership interviewed well also (showing personality). I enjoy the little perks (Donuts, BALcademy, etc). I enjoy that I can talk to anyone on any team and get valuable incite. I feel charged up to go into work!

We all get along great! We communicate constantly and often reach out to make holistic department benchmarks where everyones thoughts are included. We have ongoing training set up outside of training we all receive at the start of employment which is fantastic!
